When you use the photo editing features, we request permission to access your device’s local media in order to enable you to select images for editing and to save the edited results. This access is used solely for editing and saving photos you explicitly choose. We do not access, modify, or delete any other media files on your device without your authorization.
To deliver advanced AI-powered editing features—such as Face, Blemish, Wrinkle, Brighten, Smooth, Reshape, Body, Slim, and Height—we may utilize facial and body recognition technologies to identify and locate specific facial and body landmarks (e.g., eyes, nose, mouth, chin, jawline, shoulders, waist, legs, and other contours) from user-selected images.
The data processed consists of non-identifiable visual information, such as facial feature points and localized image regions. These features are used exclusively for image editing and visual enhancement, and this data is never stored, reused, shared with third parties, or used for advertising, analytics, biometric identification, user authentication, individual tracking, or profiling.
For certain features (e.g., Face), your selected image may be temporarily uploaded to our secure cloud server to improve processing quality. All data transmissions are encrypted, and images are processed in session-limited environments and permanently deleted immediately after processing is complete.
We will request your prior and explicit consent via a popup dialog before the first use of any recognition-based feature. You may withdraw consent or disable recognition-based features at any time via your device settings.
If the image contains the facial or body data of another identifiable individual, you are solely responsible for informing them and obtaining their lawful and valid consent before using such features.
In addition, we collect certain operational data when you interact with our app, such as button clicks and page views. This information helps us provide a more personalized experience and enhance our app’s performance. For example, we may use this data to remember your general preferences (such as your selected language) and analyze the timing and duration of your activities, which helps us improve features that receive less user engagement.
We may use third-party analytics tools, such as Google Firebase Analytics, to help analyze usage trends for the services. These tools will track the information on how you use our App. We may collect and use this analytics information in aggregate form such that it cannot reasonably be manipulated to identify any particular individual user.
If you choose to provide feedback to help us improve your experience, we may collect certain usage data, such as the app version, country, app language, time zone, network status. This data is not collected by default—we only collect it with your explicit consent when you decide to submit feedback. All feedback-related data is retained only temporarily and will be deleted periodically.

FixPlus - Face & Body Editor does not store any Personal Data from you.
Generated image files are saved locally on your device. We do not transmit them to our servers. All locally stored data can be deleted by uninstalling the App. For manually submitted data, such as feedback, you may request deletion by contacting us at FixPlus@inshot.com
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure through the service.
However, please understand that it is not 100% secure or error-free during information transmission or information storage.
