Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in this agreement will be deemed to create a license in or under any such intellectual property rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Material.
FixPlus - Face & Body Editor does NOT claim ANY ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, works of authorship, or any other materials (collectively, "Content") that you created, you are solely responsible for all the Content that you create using the Service. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of the Services is legal where you use them. And you retain the rights to all the Content you created.
FixPlus - Face & Body Editor reserves the right to alter these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When we make material changes to the Terms, please ensure you have read the notice carefully in advance. Your continued use of the FixPlus - Face & Body Editor Services after such notification of changes to the Terms will constitute your agreement and acceptance to those changes. If you object to the changes, you may stop using the Service under the new version of these Terms.
When you subscribe to our app's premium features or services, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as displayed in the app. These fees may vary depending on your chosen subscription plan. Your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Please note that subscriptions can be transferred between different systems. This subscription is only for the iOS system. Additionally, we can terminate your subscription for violating these Terms of Use or engaging in fraudulent activity. No refunds will be given for unused periods.
The Services allow users to create Content owned by yourselves. FixPlus - Face & Body Editor does not claim any ownership rights in the works you create. You represent and warrant that you own the Content created by you. However, the Service and its original Content (“FixPlus - Face & Body Editor”) is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other laws. FixPlus - Face & Body Editor owns and retains all rights in the FixPlus - Face & Body Editor Content and the FixPlus - Face & Body Editor Services.
In order to use our services and Materials, you must agree to abide by this agreement and the other party’s license. We will not be responsible or liable for any use of your content in accordance with these Terms.
These terms remain effective until either you or we terminate it. We may stop providing you with the app for various reasons without prior notice, including if: (i) you breach these Terms; (ii) you pose a potential legal risk to us.
FixPlus - Face & Body Editor Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any express or implied warranty or condition of any kind. You can use the FixPlus - Face & Body Editor Service at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FixPlus - Face & Body Editor and all content owners make no representations and disclaim any warranties or conditions of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall FixPlus - Face & Body Editor be liable for any loss or damages (including without limitation of any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage): - Access to the Service or inability to access to the Service; -Any third party's conduct, content, information or data; - Personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and/or use of (or your inability to access and use) the FixPlus - Face & Body Editor Services, including, without limitation, making private content public or any damage caused to your computer or software or information stored thereon; - Any unauthorized access to or use of FixPlus - Face & Body Editor Services and/or any and all personal, private, and/ or other information stored therein.
