When you use the photo editing feature, we need permission to access your local media to select images. When you save the photo, we need the storage permission of the local media, in order to save the photo and change the save path; this permission is only for editing and saving photos. We will not obtain any video or photo from your device, nor will we modify or delete the content in your local media storage.

1.2 Camera Permissions

When you use the photo shooting feature, we need camera permission to take photos. This permission is only used for photo shooting. The captured material will be stored in your local device.

1.3 Analytics

We may use third-party analytics tools such as Google Firebase Analytics to help us analyze usage trends for the services. We may also use Adjust for attribution and analytics purposes, such as measuring app installs, attribution, and campaign effectiveness. These tools will track the information on how you use our App. We may collect and use this analytics information in aggregate form so that it cannot reasonably be manipulated to identify any particular individual user.

1.4 Log File

When you personally decide to contact us through the App or via email to provide feedback or a bug report, we may collect your email address, device information, and the contents of your message. In addition, when you upload your photos through mail to request improved AI recognition accuracy, we may collect additional information including the photos you sent to us. We promise that we will use the photos you sent to complete your request only.

1.5 Cloud Processing Permissions

When you use AI-powered features, your photos or images may be uploaded to our servers for processing in order to generate the requested results.

These AI features are developed and operated by us. We do not use third-party AI service providers, but we may rely on cloud infrastructure services to support the processing.

We will only access and process your data to the extent necessary to provide the requested functionality. Your data will not be used for any other purpose.

We retain such data only for as long as necessary to complete the processing. Unless otherwise required for security or legal compliance, uploaded images will be automatically deleted within a short retention period after processing is completed.

1.6 Network Permissions

We may use network access (WLAN & Mobile Data) to enable core features of our Services, such as downloading content, loading resources, uploading images for processing, and supporting normal app functionality. This permission is used solely for these purposes. We do not use this permission itself to collect personal information.

1.7 Customer Service and After-Sales Service

When you contact us through the App or via email to provide feedback or report an issue, we may collect your email address and the contents of your message so that we can communicate with you about issues encountered during your use of our services. We will retain such information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the above purposes and will delete it within a reasonable period thereafter.
