InShot - Video Editor (InShot) is a video editing application provided by InShot. InShot respects and protects users’ personal privacy. 1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
Provide you with products and/or services:
1) Storage permission: When you use the video/photo editing or collage feature, we need permission to access your local media to select videos or images. When you save the finished video or photo, we need the storage permission of the local media, in order to save the video or photo and change the save path; This permission is only for editing and saving videos or photos. We will not obtain any video or photos from your device, nor will we modify or delete the content in your local media storage.
2) Network permission: If you want InShot download the material when your device used the “WLAN & Mobile Data”. This permission is only used for the function mentioned above. We will not obtain any other information through this permission authorization.
3) Microphone permission: When you use the audio recording feature, we need microphone permission to record audio; This permission is only used for audio recording. At the same time, your unfinished video will be stored in the InShot draft box and local device. So if your audio material is applied to the unfinished video, it also will be stored in the InShot draft box and local device. If you delete it in the draft box or local media storage, InShot will not store the related audio material.
4) Audio to Text: When you use the auto caption feature, your audio will be uploaded to our server for processing. The collected audio/video material will never be disclosed and only used for conversion, it will be deleted automatically after process.
Customer service and after-sales service: When you send feedback via email or provide us with an error report, we will obtain your username, email address, and email content, so that we can communicate with you about problems encountered during the use of our products and services.
API: InShot use YouTube API Service. With your permission, this API Service

Admob, AppLovin, as advertisers of InShot, may collect information generated during your use of our products and services, extract your preferences, and use them to show you ads that are more in line with your individual needs. InShot will display a pop up to ask you if allow these third parties to track your app use activities. Please note that you may still see ads after turning off this option, but the relevance of ads will be reduced.

6. How We Store and Protect Your Personal Information
In order to improve your experience, InShot will store the contents of the draft box locally on the device until you actively delete it not limited but including the video and the audio material applied to video. This is only for your convenience and will not be used in any other way.
We will work hard to provide protection for users' information security to prevent information loss, improper use, unauthorized access or disclosure. And use various security protection measures within a reasonable security level to ensure the security of information. For example, anonymize your personal information.
We will work hard to protect your personal information, but please understand that there is no "perfect security measure" on the Internet. We will provide corresponding security measures to protect your information according to existing technology and provide reasonable security guarantees. We will do our best to prevent your information from being leaked, damaged or lost.

InShot mainly provides its products and services to people over 13 years old (or the prescribed age in your country/region).
