Are my hidden files stored online?
No, your hidden files are stored on your phone. You can control and handle your files better without worrying about privacy leaks caused by online files storing.

Don't

Uninstall Video Hider if you still have hidden files in it.
Don't uninstall Video Hider before unhiding your personal files otherwise they will be lost forever. You can activate protection through "Prevent File Lost" in Settings.

Delete the folder in Video Hider.
Hidden files are encrypted in Video Hider folder, don't modify the folder in any way.

Why Can't I play video?

To solve this problem, please try to switch decoder:
1. Tap '...' button on top right of playback screen;
2. Select 'Decoder';
3. Switch to another decoder (eg. switch HW to SW)

Why Can't I play 4k video?

4k video playback depends on your device performance. In generally, it performs better if your phone's camera supports 4k video recording. And we are still working hard to improve it for all the phones. If you have any questions, please contact us at videostudio.feedback@gmail.com.
